Insights
Although the primary goal of AR meditation apps is to help users relax, the repetitive use of familiar visuals across various media and the absence of interactive elements make it difficult to sustain engagement. As a result, users often lose interest over time and revert to traditional relaxation methods, perceiving them as more effective.
Companies that prioritize employee well-being often focus on long-term initiatives, neglecting opportunities to provide quick, accessible solutions for managing daily stress and energy slumps, thereby impacting the overall employee productivity and satisfaction.
Problem statement
Corporate employees often struggle with burnout and declining productivity due to high stress levels and break solutions that fail to provide engaging, immersive, and scientifically backed relaxation methods that truly help employees recharge.
Oasis is an immersive AR/VR and holographic break experience that helps employees reset, recharge, and return to work refreshed—through mindful play, sensory stimulation, and emotional connection.
As shown below, each employee is onboarded with a cute, animal-shaped fidget toy that doubles as a physical reminder and entry point—just scan the QR code to enter your personal Oasis.

Usability testing

4/5

Disiked by the users
Some felt uneasy with unfamiliar tech, found certain features like air drawing & drum sounds unrelaxing, and struggled with tasks due to unclear instructions & guidance.

In today’s fast-paced corporate environments, employees often face stress, long working hours, and lack of meaningful breaks. Traditional break rooms and relaxation activities don’t fully address mental fatigue. Extended stress leads to burnout, decreased productivity, and reduced creativity.
Oasis XR is designed as an immersive solution that uses AR, VR, and holograms to provide employees with a rejuvenating “mini escape” within their workspace.
